Hi Joshua,
You can tell Skylook to store recordings in any location using Tools > Options > Recording > Store Each Recording in a Folder.
However, you cannot currently tell Skylook to put the "Skylook" folder (which contains other files in addition to recordings) in a place other than "My Documents".
Regards,
Paul

How do I change the destination of the backup from 'My Documents' I cant find the 'destination field' to redirect the 'skylook' folder to a better file location. I keep 'My Documents' clear of clutter!

Hi Cristiano,
The reason is: "safety first".
We keep only the last 10 recordings here, and this is in case there are problems copying the attachment into the PST file. If some sort of Outlook problem occurs (e.g. if the PST is corrupt and can't be copied into), the recording is not lost.
Regards,
Paul

Hello,

My questions is: Why do we have a skylook folder under "My Documents" saving all the mp3 files if the files are already saved within the PST file in Outlook. What is the reason for the folder under my Documents?

Regards,

Cristiano Pereira
