How to get a recorded call transcribed (converted to text)

We offer a transcription service to allow you to easily get your recorded conversations transcribed to text.

It’s pretty simple:

  • Send us a recorded conversation by filling in the form below.
  • One of our operators will listen to the conversation and type it into a document in the format of your choice.
  • We will then email you back the document.
  • Note: We do not use any voice recognition software or automatic transcription.

Pricing

Skylook or CallBurner recordings, both sides clearly intelligible:

5 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 15 minutes of talk time.

2 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 12 minutes of talk time.

1 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 10 minutes of talk time.

Other recordings, or where there may be problems interpreting parts of the calls:

5 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 10 minutes of talk time.

2 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 8 minutes of talk time.

1 business day turnaround: €39.95 per 7 minutes of talk time.

It’s easy: just follow these steps:

1. If you haven’t already done so, record a conversation or conference call by following the instructions here. (Or you can skip this step and use any audio file created from any source).

2. Purchase one or more transcription vouchers by clicking here.


3. Fill in the following details:Order Number from your Voucher:

(e.g. ST123456).
Name of first speaker:

(enter the name as you wish it to appear in the transcription).
Name of second speaker:

Names of third and subsequent speakers:

(enter other names, if any, separated by commars).
Special instructions:

Your contact email address:

4. Choose an audio file to be transcribed.

5. Click this “Submit” button.

6. Please wait for the file to upload. Do not use your browser while the file is uploading as this may interfere with the upload.

7. We will email the transcription to you within the time frame you specified.

Terms and Conditions

  • We only transcribe English language conversations at present.
  • All parties to the conversation must be aware that the conversation is being recorded.
