do i have to go back and put +1 in front of all my telephone numbers to use the dial-up gfeature in skype?

Hi Don,
Just an internet connection if you only need to call other people on Skype. To call normal phones you will need a SkypeOut subscription - see http://www.skylook.biz/skypeout for more information.

What do I need to use Skpe, just aninternet connection or do I need an VOIP subscription juast as with Vonage?
