No, Skylook needs to be running and connected to the internet in order to send alerts.

I am trialling the free version of skylook and just have a Question.
I set up Alerts to be sent to my mobile phone when someone sends me a skype chat message. And also alerts for emails from certain people.
Will I receive these alerts when I am offline? (not connected to the internet)
