When you purchase Skylook, you get the Skylook license forever. You also receive:

  • 12 months of Technical Support Cover (from date of purchase)
  • 12 months of Future Software Updates Protection (from date of purchase)

For example: if you purchased Skylook 2.0 on 1 July 2009, you receive Technical Support Cover & Future Software Updates Protection for 12 months until 1 July 2010.

After you have your Skylook license for 12 months, you have the option to renew your Technical Support Cover & Future Support Updates Protection.
