The following is included with each Skylook 2.0 license purchase:

12 months of Skylook Technical Support (from the date of purchase)

For example: if you purchased Skylook 2.0 on 1 July 2007, you would receive Skylook Technical Support & Skylook Software Upgrades on that license for 12 months until 1 July 2008.
You are welcome to keep using your current Skylook 2.0 license for as long as you like without renewing your Skylook Technical Support, and Skylook Software Upgrades. If you chose to do this, you won’t receive any Skylook Technical Support or Skylook Product Upgrades once your initial 12 month period has expired.
We have made it easy to renew your Skylook Technical Support and Skylook Software Upgrades via Skylook Technical Support, and Skylook Software Upgrades Packs. These packs will provide each of your Skylook licenses with a fresh 12 months of Technical Support and Software Upgrades from the date of purchase.
