Thanks for pointing out that these are difficult to find.  The help above has been updated to tell you how to find them. Also, the latest version displays a window after the call is complete, with a button you can push to go straight to the Skylook Conversations folder.

I believe Roadrunner is a VoIP service independent of Skype, so Skylook won't work directly with RoadRunner.  Of course, there's nothing to stop you loading Skype on your laptop and using Skylook with it.  Skype may even work with your phone if your phone installs itself as a standard Windows speaker and microphone device.
Skype is free and Skylook is free to try, so I recommend you install them both and see how you go.
