Hi Gilberto,

Skylook recording features can be easily disabled in the Skylook Options menu within the product. To do this, click on "Skylook Options" > "Recording" > and uncheck the "Allow Call Recording" checkbox.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Jeremy Hague

Hi, is it any way to use your product with ANY RECORDING features at all? This is necessary for us, because of we don't want any legal issue within the organization.
Thanks

Hi Matt,
After a call commences, you should see the Skylook call window near the bottom right hand corner of your screen. (If you don't see it, double click the Skylook icon in the system tray - it's a little round orange icon).
In the Skylook call window, you have Record, Stop and Pause buttons to allow you to start and control recording.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Paul

I don't want to record all calls just some, so I have allowed call recording but not selected automatically record.

Once a call is started, how do I record that call please?

Thanks, Matt
