We provide the notes window for entering of notes easily during a call. These notes are automatically copied to the Outlook journal entry if you have journaling turned on. Regards, Paul Hi George,

However the text editing format it appears different to the journal entry window activated from the contact's page/window, when a call is invoked. Perhaps it may be best to use the free version and see it works. Though your answer if you feel would help it would be appreciated.
