It sounds like Skylook will do what you are wanting to do.  We provide the notes window for entering of notes easily during a call.  These notes are automatically copied to the Outlook journal entry if you have journaling turned on.

					<description>Following Up on previou note, I have noticed browsing through your webpage that dial out calls with note taking and recording are possible through the window you ahve shown which is designed for this purpose, and then it is stored in the journal entries of Outlook. However the text editing format it appears different to the journal entry window activated from the contact's page/window, when a call is invoked. 
Perhaps it may be best to use the free version and see it works. Though your answer if you feel would help it would be appreciated.
