Skylook 1.0.1.52 Release Notes

Version 1.0.1.52 includes the following important bug fixes:

1. In some cases, Skylook 1.0.1.36 mistakenly believes that the 14 day trial is over when
it is not, or worse, believes that the product has not been purchased when it has been.
1.0.1.52 resolves these issues.

2. Skylook 1.0.1.36 caused Outlook 2000 to crash under some circumstances. 1.0.1.52 resolves this issue.

We recommend that all users of version 1.0.1.36 download 1.0.1.52 and install it at their earliest convenience.

Our apologies to users who experienced these issues.

Important Notes for Outlook 2000 users. (does not apply to Outlook XP/2002/2003)

There is an issue in 1.0.1.36 and still outstanding in 1.0.1.52 involving the closing down of
Outlook. Outlook 2000 may not completely shut down when you close it. The main window
will disappear but Outlook will still be running (you can see this by starting task manager and
looking for the OUTLOOK.EXE process).

We are working on this issue and should have a fix available in the near future.

In the meantime, Outlook 2000 users can work around this issue by ending the Outlook process
from task manager, or by rebooting after closing Outlook.

If this is not done, the Skylook toolbar will not appear when Outlook is "restarted".

IMPORTANT: Before installing 1.0.1.52, make sure that Outlook is not running, by checking in
task manager as described above. If Outlook is running, the installation will not proceed successfully.
